Insurance & Direct Billing
Insurance & Direct Billing
We Make Dental Benefits Easy
At Refine Dental Hygiene, we believe your dental visit should be simple and stress-free. We direct bill most major insurance providers whenever possible, so you can focus on your oral health—not paperwork.
Direct Billing
We are pleased to offer direct electronic billing to most major dental insurance companies.
While most claims are processed immediately, coverage and reimbursement are determined by your individual insurance plan.
What You'll Need
Please bring:
Your insurance card (if applicable)
Your policy or group number
Member ID
Any updated insurance information
What if My Insurance Doesn't Allow Direct Billing?
Some insurance companies require payment at the time of your appointment.
If this occurs, we will provide all documentation needed so you can submit your claim for reimbursement.
How Much Will Insurance Cover?
Every dental benefits plan is different.
Your insurance company—not Refine Dental Hygiene—determines:
Your coverage
Your deductible
Annual maximums
Frequency limitations
Co-payments
We'll gladly submit your claim and help you understand your benefits whenever possible.
Independent Dental Hygiene Services
Many patients are surprised to learn that they can visit a Registered Dental Hygienist without seeing a dentist first.
We provide preventive dental hygiene care and submit claims using the appropriate dental procedure codes accepted by most insurance plans.
